Q.
Why should I frame/reframe my picture?
Framing preserves and displays your artwork to its best advantage.
We use only archival materials to preserve, mount and frame. We stand
behind and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Customer satisfaction is
essential to us.
Q. I don’t know what I want or what would look good. I’ve
never framed anything before.
Take a deep breath and relax. Our job is to help you find the best
solution for your artwork. We are trained professional
artists and preservation framers with over 24 years combined experience.
We know how to use our expertise and your ideas and goals to produce
a pleasing result.
Q. I have family memorabilia that I would
like to see arranged in a frame. Can you do that?
Yes. Over the years we have created many pleasing shadowboxes
for our customers. We have used a variety of items such as jewelry,
sports memorabilia, musical instruments, needle art and clothing.
We also offer a free design consultation.
Q. How long does it take?
It usually takes 10 working days. We can usually accommodate your
needs when necessary, for rush orders. We will call you when your
piece is ready for pickup.
Q.
Why is the old mat on my artwork is yellowed?
The mat board you have is probably not acid free and consequently
yellows with age due to the acids in the paper. Sometimes this discolors
the artwork as well and should be removed and replaced with acid free
matting.
Q. Is it expensive to mat and frame something?
It depends on the selection of framing materials and size of
the piece. We can create an attractive and simple design within a
budget or we can add value and elegance by using additional
decorative elements to any artwork. Regardless
of price your art or objects will be preserved in a way that protects
them from the elements and shows them to their best advantage.
